Pasta is made fresh weekly and lasts 10 days for freshest, 15-20 days (refrigerated). Will last well over a year if frozen.
Onda Pasta only uses the finest Italian "00" flour to create their beloved pasta. It's a combination of "00" flour and "00" semolina along with locally sourced eggs. This allows for silkier dough and maintains a chewiness when the pasta is cooked.
Cooking time: Place into boiling water, when the gnocchi floats to the top it is ready.
