What are the hours of operation?

Online ordering is available 24/7.

Our phone lines are open from 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.

Deliveries take place Monday-Saturday.

Where does PGS Hawaii deliver to?

We deliver ISLANDWIDE on Oahu. Unfortunately we are currently NOT delivering on neighbor islands yet.

Military Bases: we do our best for deliveries on bases. Our drivers can go through the security checkpoint but it will take time for them to get the papers for access, etc. If possible, best case scenario would be if you can meet the drivers near the base. Please let us know if your address is on a base.

How do I order?

Browse our extensive list of products. You can shop by collections/categories or if you know what items you’d like to purchase, the easiest way to shop is by using our search bar. You may also sort each category by popularity, alphabetical order, or price. When you find the item you want, add it to your cart. You may add/remove items in your cart at any time. What are your delivery fees and time slots?

Free Delivery for orders over $50.

Order before 10am for SAME-DAY delivery. Anything after 10am will be for NEXT-DAY delivery. Orders may be scheduled for deliveries up until Saturday that week due to availability of the products.

Smaller orders are welcome, but a $7 delivery fee will be applied for any orders under $50 to help cover the costs of packing and delivery.

How can I pay for my order?

We do not accept cash, but we do take all major credit cards and ATM/Bank Debit Cards.

Where do the products come from?

We do not have shoppers that go into supermarkets, we source directly from local businesses. We source our produce, meat and seafood from local distribution companies that get their products from local and national suppliers to get the best quality products at affordable prices.

What happens if I miss my delivery during my selected delivery window?

Our system sends a text to you when the driver is en route with a link where you can track them. When the driver arrives, he/she will call to drop off the items. If you don’t answer, driver will attempt to call 3 times and wait 5 minutes. If by then there is no answer, driver will not be able to complete the delivery. You will have to call our support line (808) 374-2986 and schedule another delivery date/time (additional delivery fees may apply).

How do products stay fresh?

All products are hand-selected and packed at the distributor then picked up by our driver at the last possible moment to ensure freshness.

Do drivers accept tips?

Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. Show your driver some love and appreciation by tipping any amount of your choice! You may tip in cash after you receive your delivery or while placing your order. 100% of your tip will go to the driver.

What if a product didn't satisfy me?

We source our produce directly from Ham's Produce or Mari's Gardens and make no compromise on the quality of the food. Our other products come from local businesses that we work with closely to ensure you the highest quality.

If you have an issue with your order, please send us an email with a photo of the product that didn't satisfy you to hello@pandageneral.com so we can process your replacement or provide credit.
