The first step is to create an account or sign in to your existing account. You can do this at any point while shopping. Creating an account will save your contact info, making it easy for you to manage and track your orders.
Browse our extensive list of products. You can shop by collections/categories or if you know what items you’d like to purchase, the easiest way to shop is by using our search bar. You may also sort each category by popularity, alphabetical order, or price.
When you find the item you want, add it to your cart. You may add/remove items in your cart at any time.
Once you’re ready to checkout, click your cart and review your order. You can change your quantities, add/remove anything if needed, review the estimated cost, then proceed to checkout.
This will prompt you to login or sign up for an account. For deliveries, choose your desired delivery date and time slot. Review your information then checkout when you are ready.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, confirming your delivery day and time with all the items you’ve ordered.
Please contact us immediately if you would like to modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate but if not enough time is given, your order cannot be changed.
Our system sends a text to you when the driver is en route with a link where you can track them. When the driver arrives, he/she will call to drop off the items. If you don’t answer, driver will attempt to call 3 times and wait 5 minutes. If by then there is no answer, driver will not be able to complete the delivery. You will have to call our support line (808) 374-2986 and schedule another delivery date/time (additional delivery fees may apply).
